Alyson Melo

Alyson Melo – Alyson is a biologist with post-degree in Biogeography of Neotropical Birds from the University of Bonn – Germany. He has worked as naturalist guide for over 13 years, and loves to share his knowledge with people who appreciate nature. Birds are his passion and even when he is on vacation he is birding somewhere.
He leads groups in the Pantanal, Amazon and Cerrado and besides some areas of Atlantic Rainforest. In addition to natural history and birding, he was one of the pioneer jaguar-watcher guides.
Besides guiding he has working a lot on conservation biology doing birding surveys and consulting for several private and goverrnamental companies.
